Commercial Gas Inspection
All gas installations, including both the installed appliances and the pipework, flues and associated ancillary systems, should be regularly inspected and serviced. These regular checks are undertaken to ensure that the system is working effectively, efficiently, and safely and that there are no ongoing concerns that might cause a dangerous situation or unplanned shutdown in the future.

Commercial Gas Safety Certificate
All gas installations should be regularly inspected and certified. For commercial premises’ this is not only good practice, but it is also a legal requirement and quite probably a condition of most insurance policies. In any case, once a gas installation has been inspected the Gas Safe registered engineer is required to keep a record of their visit, the inspection and to leave a copy on the premises. Where an installation falls short of the minimum safe safety standard, a Pace heating & Plumbing gas engineer can rectify the shortcomings or, again as required by law, to isolate the supply until such a time as the installation could be made safe.
